Hello,
Metallic or salty taste in mouth is usually associated with Altered salivary consistency, impacted wisdom tooth, decayed teeth.
I would advice you to get a thorough clinical evaluation by a dentist.
Impacted wisdom teeth has to be either extracted or saved depending on position of tooth.
Decayed teeth has to be restored or extracted.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
Hope this helps.
