Hello
Bells palsy is because of paralysis of facial nerve and the causes can be affection of facial nerve anywhere in its course and the most common site is in the ear.
Bells palsy is known to improve by itself and the condition is treated mainly by physiotherapy and the same time any treatable cause for the palsy has to be treated.
Thank you
