Have Fever. X-ray Normal. Prescribed Rcin, Pantop, Monocef. Side Effects?
dear sir ,
i suffering last 25 day with fever ,1st i check fever test of all types(i.e malariya,widal,etc),after 22days i take
x-ray ,in that not shown bones in left side,and after i take 2d echo test ,the dr. said you have heart diseases and water filled in surroundings of heart ,dr. give some medicines to me there are:
R-CIN 450 MG (EMPTY STOMACH), PANTOP 40 mg, MONOCEF 200 MG(5 days), BENADON 20 MG, COMBUTAL 800mg, pyzina 1000 mg, WYSOLONE 20 MG(after lunch), omnacortil 20 mg.
these are the tablets of dr, suggest to me take medicens in 6 months.so now i want to no about what are use of each tablets and what are the side effects each tablets,i know each tablets has a some side effects but i know about what will happens if i use this tablets,can i know these tablets are best for use to TB problem and heart deceases. plese give me reply sir.

Rcin is Rifampicin used for TB and even for so many infections.it can cause liver toxicity.you dont need to worry coz the doctor may look for liver enzymes regularly for that.monocef is a cefalosporin antibiotic can cause renal side effects.but your dose is in safe range.benadone is vitamin b6 covers your deficiency due to drugs.combutol is etambutal a tb drug which can cause side effect to eye.report your doctor if you experience any visual problem.and wysolone is a steroid which also judicius use is safe.You should have aregular follow up with your doctor and do all the necessary tests at time
