Have Excess In Weight Slightly

I'm 29 and feel as if my circulation is cut off too easily with the weight of my own leg pushing down on the other (in certain positions) after a few minutes or the weight of my arm pushing down on my knee in such a way to facilitate that position (which causes circulation slows down in my arm). I weigh 215 lbs and stand 6 ft tall so I'm slightly overweight. I say "slightly" because regularly do high intensity long duration cardio exercises w/o problems and have a larger frame than average. My ideal weight is about 195 (I would be cut). I don't know how much of it is normal.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Your body weight is a productivity of your height in cm multiply by 0.31 that gives approximate normal weight, if you have any problem with your leg than this may not be due to your weight but may be because of poor gait or posture, and this is nothing to worry about this, will go away once you take care while walling and sitting, I hope this answer helps you, take care and have nice day.
