Have Ear Whooshing, Feeling Lightheaded, Chronic Tinnitus, Problems With Balance. Why?

When a Doctor looks inside your ears, what are they able to see? I have recurrent symptoms of ear whooshing, feeling lightheaded, chronic tinnitus , problems with balance, etc. Yet, upon every exam the doctor states the ears are clear. Then why do I hear an ocean swishing in my head and feel so much fullness and pressure?

Hi. . It can be due to anaemia... or otitis media or due to sinusitis... Get done haemogram to rule out anaemia... Or it can be just benign vertigo
