Throat pain, sweating during sleep, rash, feverish sensation are not specific to HIV disease. You din't tell more about your last sexual act and about previous acts, Whether it is with regular sex partner or casual partner, protected or not, Anal sex etc.
By symptoms alone one cannot tell that you are likely to have HIV or not as no symptom is exclusively specific to HIV.
Test yourself for HIV and ascertain yourself that you are not infected with HIV.
Consult your physician for your present symptoms of throat infection.
Get well soon.
