Have Dizziness, Lightheaded And Low BP. Taking Medication. What Should Be Done?

I am a 49 year old male with Dx of CHF, A-Fib, 2 years ago. My BP has been low for a couple of days. It is 90/54 with a HR of 64. I feel good in the morning, but by evening I feel weak. I am on Carvediol 25mg BID, Candestran 8mg daily, and Amnioarone 200mg daily, Rosuvastatin 10mg daily,Micro-K Extend tabs 600mg po BID, ASA 81mg daily,Lasix 20mg daily, Toloxin 0.125mg daily,Spironaldactone 12.5mg daily. I have been feeling dizzy and lightheaded for about an hour. What should I do until I see an MD. I need to make an appointment. Last seen my cardiologist May 2/13 with a good checkup and lab results. I will not see him again for 2 years. Our health care is poor. Takes about a month to get an appointment in rural Saskatchewan. What should I do?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear sir
Thanks for writing to us.
A lightheadedness / dizziness is a very important cardiac symptoms but there has to be a cardiac cause for it. There are other causes of dizziness too. These may be related to your inner ear or brain or connections between them. I would request you to visit your emergency room (ER) & get yourself examined. It will not only help us knowing the cause of your symptoms but will also catch any alarming cardiac condition responsible for it.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder singh
