Have dizziness, headaches and swelling in feet. Can it indicate another pregnancy?

im having dizzy spells nausia headaches My feet hurt an swell I m spotting , things I usually love to eat make me sick I m having back an leg pains and I m snapping at people ,crying for no reason Sounds like I m pregnant but I was told that I couldn t have anymore children an I took a pregnancy test in November then My period started but was light an lasted 3 days what s going on????

First of all do a USG of lower abdomen to rule out underlying pathology if any or may initialized with an other pregnancy test to exclude.
If negative,then don't be much worried as it may be due to weather change,hormonal imbalance, stress,psychological upset,anxiety etc. Consult with your doctor and take suggestive measures.
Avoid stress by regular deep breathing/yoga,take healthy diet,do regular exercise,need proper sleep and practice safe sex by using OCP or other methods.
