Have dizziness, cramping, heaviness in head, muscle pain, swelling and short vision. Advice?

Doctor i facing problem of Diziness,Cramping,heaviness in my head & short vision sometime sudden blindness come
full face get heavy,swelling & face jaw heaviness,pressure on ear,neck cramping & pain
i am movement of my body with pulse & filling through out boby vibration & pulse sensation including head.
tingling & weakness in leg.
Some thing like hot come from stomach to upward at that & my eye get open suddenly as well as i am feeling anxiety.& vibration in stomach
i have muscle ,bone pain & skin sensitiveness , swelling.
Throat pain ,cramping & stretching,pain while eat /drink
Throat & mouth dryness.
Filling illness & tired
Chest heaviness & both breast swelling.Bottom leg pain & Swelling

However, you are advised to go through your whole blood chemistry tests like
•     Blood complete examination
•     LFTs
•     Renal Profile
•     Lipid profile
Also advised for thyroid tests
•     TSH
•     T₃
•     T₄
Meanwhile, I advised you
•     To take some Tranquilizers with the help of your local doctor starting from minimum dose.
•     Avoid stressful conditions, stress creating things, situations and atmosphere.
•     Take fresh fruits and do light exercises in morning and evening.
•     Also keep yourself busy in healthy activities like sports, social welfare etc

Your symptoms are so complex that it make it more obvious that the central nerves system is involved.

First check you Blood pressure for any uncontrolled hypertension.

There may be retinal vessels involvement due to the visual problems.

Consult an Ophthalmologist.

Complete nervous system evaluation with MRI of the brain and spinal cord is need.

Consult a neurologist.
