Have Dizziness And Hearing Echo In The Ears
I think I have an ear infection , right now it s bearable , but last night , after I took a shower my ears felt hot I felt dizziness , right now I feel an echo in my ear and also as a feeling that I need to clean my ears because it feels like I got some wax build up , but I don t because nothing comes out .
