Have Dizziness, Abdominal Pain, Weakness. Had Unprotected Sex During Ovulation. Taken Next Choice Emergency. Suggest?
Hi, I had unprotected sex on day of ovulation andt took Next Choice emergency contraceptive pill within 24 hours..After 9 days, am experiencing spotting (cloudy brown discharge), dizziness slight abdominal pain and weakness...what could be the possible reasons for these symptons. Could I be pregnant? when is the earliest I can test for pregnancy? Should I consult a physician now?

Stipulated date of menstruation is due after 3-4 days, so need not to worry as all these symptoms are due to anxiety ( related or fear of pregnancy) & tension.
After 7 days of stipulated date you can get home pregnancy test , however in some cases 3 days are sufficient for test.
In my opinion relax and wait for date .

since you took emergency contraceptive pills in right dose at right time ,chances of being pregnant are very less.. symptoms which you mentioned can be only because of side effect of pills..
wait for next period ,if it doesnt come then after about week you take urine pregnancy test.. you can go for more reliable test like beta hcg level in blood or ultrasound.. consult gynecologist for it..
