Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic. Thank you for your querry.
Nothig serious is happenind. Your gravid uterus presses your bladder and this is common dificulty in late pregnancy. If urinary infection was ruled out, you should not worry, just take lto of fluids and go peeing as soon as you feel you have to. Some more serious diagnosis should be evaluated by ultarsounds of kidney and urotract. Wish you good health.

General & Family Physician Dr. S. Jegadeesan's  Response
Hi,
You are pregnant. You have discomfort in the lower abdomen while you pee. Immediately you feel as though you want pee once again. Urine analysis is negative, except protein + in the urine.
All the complaints you have expressed are due to the pressure effect of uterus over the bladder and urethra.
Even after passing urine some amount of residual urine may be there - so you get a feeling of urination, immediately after passing urine.
The protein otherwise called as urine albumin - when the urine is not passed freely.
Take plenty of water, do walking, do the routine work in the house without straining yourself too much.
For Pain, pain relieving, can be used along with muscle relaxant and ant Anti spasmodic may be of use, depending on the trimester of pregnancy and that too after consulting the gynecologist. Anyhow a basic blood test And USG may be useful.
Best wishes
