Have Discomfort Because Of Herniated Disc With A Small Bulge

have herniated L4/L5 disc with a small bulge in L6/S1. have been having a lot of discomfort and want to know how to go about getting help. had one cortisone shot a few years ago but it didn t help much. have had discomfort for a long time but manageable now it s constant and interfering with my day to day.

It will need following management.
1.Back muscle physiotherapy to improve muscle strength.
2.Tablet Myoril or Myospaz tablet
3.Diclofenac ointment
4.Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet
If your pain is not relieved then last option is surgery.
