Have diabetes and congestive heart failure. Weakness in leg. Is this from congestive heart?

I am 66 years male with diebetes cingestive heartfailure, with weakness in my left leg too the point it hardly holds me up? is this from congestive heart?

Congestive heart failure, particularly in the advanced stages, can cause severe fatigue or weakness. Additionally, diabetes can affect the nerves of the legs and feet, which can cause problems in standing.
