Have Diabetes And Balanoposthitis. Using Betnovate Cream. Need A Permanent Cure

I am a 40 year old uncircumsized mail with diabetes.I have a condition called Balanoposthitis. The treatment given to me is application of Betnovate GM cream, Ciplox 500 tablets (twice daily) and washing the area with PPM . However the rate of occurrence is high. Now it happens to me twice every month (trigger is mostly stress). Is there any alternate remedy available.
