Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry too hear about this pain. I promise to do my best to help you get a solution to this. Hope your diabetes is well controlled.

Abnormalities with the muscles and bones of the chest is the most common cause of chest pain. However, every chest pain must be considered as potentially originating from the heart and investigated until evidence to the contrary is obtained. From the investigations done last year, there seems to be no problem with your results. However, i do not understand why you were put on blood thinners. I would suggest you ask your treating physician why and get the reasons. They may provide ideas useful on diagnosing this pain.

For now, I will suggest that you again get consulted. if no cause is identified, then this pain is most likely originating from the muscles and bones. You should then be treated appropriately with physical therapy and drugs to control all the pains so that you can lead a pain free life.

I hope this helps. I wish you well a rapid relieve from your symptoms. Feel free to ask us many more questions if need be.
