Hello,
Your tiredness may be due to uncontrolled diabetes along with some nutritional deficiencies of multi vitamins.A diabetic generally have deficiency of VIT B 12 which may be due to combined effect of dietary deficiency plus due to deficiency caused by intake of METFORMIN.
You may be having deficiency of VIT D and calcium also.
Also you must get your thyroid status checked.
At this advanced stage of diabetes, there is no natural way now to control your diabetes.
Treatment of diabetes encompasses following steps
Observing dietary restriction
Shedding of weight
Regular aerobic exercises daily for atleast 45 minutes
And
Regular medications to keep a tight control of your sugar levels.
Make sure that your sugar levels, blood pressure and lipid status are controlled meticulously to avoid future micro as well as macro vascular complications.
Get your VIT B12,VIT D,CALCIUM,THYROID PROFILE checked and consult your doctor.
Thanks

Cardiologist Dr. Anantharamakrishnan's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The best way to control diabetes is to reduce the weight to normal - even 10% below normal.../ AND to take Insulin - a long acting preparation once a day and short acting preparation before each meal..
The next alternative is drugs - the type and duration have to be tailored to the individual.
Life style changes like diet and exercise are basic and must be continued for life.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
