Have Dark Spots On The Face. No Medication Till Now. What Is The Cure For This?
Hi, There is some dark spots besides the corners of my mouth and nose... I noticed that first it is peeling- red-spot which would itch or/and burn... sometimes it takes the shape of my scratching. Then it turns dark. After a long time, it begins to disappear(but with scratching it likely to return)
Besides my mouth, I noticed that first it appeared after I began to eat a lot of mangos. So after that I stopped to eat any citrus fruits, but it didn't stop! There is already 4 months this way.
Hello, Welcome to health care magic. From your description it sounds like you may be having a UV rays induced allergy called polymorphic light eruption. The other possibility is an allergic dermatitis to some of the cosmetics which you have recently introduced or another condition called seborrhoeic dermatitis , which is related to dandruff. You could use a mild topical steroid for a few days after consulting your dermatologist. Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen every 4 hours. Hope this helped. Take care.
