IF 2/3 DAYS I DO NOT DO SHAMPOO THE DANDRUFF AGAIN COMES BACK AND IT MAKES A LAYER ON MY HEAD WHICH A THICK OF DANDRUFF. AFTER CUTTING THE HAIR OR BY MACHINE A LAYER OF DANDRUFF, (WHICH LOOKS LIKE A LAYER OF SOIL) IS VISIBLE. BECAUSE OF THIS DANDRUFF I AM IN A HAIL. I HAVE MET WITH A GENERAL PHISITION FOR THAT SHE SAID IT CAN BE A SKIN DISEASE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM.

Hi I am Dr Manoj....
You may be facing seborrheic dermatitis.....it's the severe dandruff....what you need to do is use anti dandruff lotion over night and then wash in the morning...contact period of shampoo is very less....shampoo every alternate day....increase high protein diet.....
Apply diprovate s lotion daily night for 15days....noskurff lotion twice a week for 8weeks...night application only...wash with antidandruff shampoo in the morning....
Don't worry
