Hi Jaga, It seems you are having seborrheic dermatitis. Usually with shampoo based therapy, dandruff resolves. however once you get a good result, you need to continue with these shampoos to prevent dandruff from coming back. Your hair fall could be due to dandruff. To treat dandruff- Use antifungal and salicylic acid/tar based shampoo(konaz ct/ salisia kt shampoo) atleast thrice in a week Use steroid antifungal lotion over scalp twice in a day(like candid b lotion) If the above therapy does n t help, you can consider consulting a dermatologist to start you on oral antifungal or isotretinoin for few days.
