Masses or cysts on the scrotum ,can be several different things , most of which are benign and harmless.
Among these possible causes are Sebaceous cysts, a Hydrocele which is fluid filled ,a Hematocele , which is blood filled , Spermatocele or Epididymal cyst , Vericocele , an Enlarged vein or Testicular cancer.
Physicial examination should be able to diagnose which of these you may have.
In few individuals those who work in hot temperatures, there may be chances of formation of sebaceous cysts which are multiple in number over scrotum. Usually not harmful but if there is less immunity power and if you are getting any skin complaints like fungal infection, there may be chances of appearances of infection over scrotum.
In Ayurveda, there are certain herbal medicines which are helpful for controlling this type of infections.
1.KAISHORA GUGGLU and AROGYA VARDHINI which are good medicines for your condition
2.Take KHADIRARISHTAM twice daily.
3.Wear cotton comforts like underwear which is very helpful.

1. Is the cyst felt or seen? during Physical or Self Examination??
2. any associated swelling(lump) or heaviness?
3. As suggested by you there is no pain, it means the cyst is not pressing against any nerve tissue, so what about TENDERNESS (Pain on pressure)?
4. Painless cyst on scrotum could result from sebaceous cysts,when their mouth gets blocked or due to swollen hair follicle, Excessive testosterone production is also implicated as one of the cause, are other conditions like hydrocele,hernia,spermatocele been ruled out previously and presently?
