Have Cramps, Sore Breasts, Delayed Period. Negative Pregnancy Test. Have PCOS

My period is due today, it hasn't come. I'm having cramps, have extremely sore breasts. A pregnancy test was negative. I am trying to conceive. I cannot relate this to my 1st pregnancy as I have PCOS & hadn't had a period in years when I found out I was pregnant on a routine test because I felt generally under the weather

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
Your symptoms are suggestive of pregnancy but are not definitive.
I suggest you to repeat your urine pregnancy test after 1 week.
Transvaginal scan gives a better idea.
If it is negative, you can take tablets for induction of menstruation.
Hope this helps.
regards,
Dr Nilofer
