Have Cramps After Period, Radiating To Back, Bloated

Hello Dr. Lundi, Im a 32 year old woman. I just finished my period, all normal. But now I m suffering from cramps ,moderetly painful, they feel like period cramps on my right side that radiates to my back sometimes. At first I was able to shrug them off but now they really really hurt. Its an all day thing. And I m bloated. Please help, thanks.

The cramps in the lower abdomen after the periods are over can be related to endometriosis. You can take a mild over the counter anti spasmodic and do a hot fomentation and see if it helps.
