Have Cough, Fever. Done Tests. X-ray Shows Koch's Lesion. Meaning?

Dear Dr, want your opinion on the report received for my wife . She is having cough problem from past 2 weeks and on & off having fever with body ache. Taking the consultation from our nearest Doctor but want to understadn from you. We had tested fro CBC , Urine & X Ray test . CBS & Urnine test are found OK about the X ray the remark is Right upper & mid zone kochs lesion .. what is this mean? and what is this symtoms of... have this need to be taken & treated seriously

your wife is suffering with right lung tuberculosis as per symptoms and x ray.
Kochs means tuberculosis.
she needs minimum six months of anti TB Drugs.
so consult your GP immediately
