Have constipation, dry skin, headache and bowel is not cleared completely. Solution?

I am 38 years old, i am suffering from constipation for long time, my skin is also very dry, only with a cup or two of tea I pass stool at morning, but even than bowl not gets cleared. I am facing irritation and head ache due to this. I have already tried lots of methods( not laxative) but no use. Please give me some solution. My e-mail is YYYY@YYYY .

Chronic constipation and dry skin can be caused by thyroid disease (hypothyroidism). Due to lack of thyroid hormones, the body metabolism slows down. You may also have sensitivity to cold, weakness, sleepiness.
Other possible reasons of constipation are chronic bacterial infection, medicines (ca-blockers, antidepressants), bad diet (low fiber and mineral water intake), bowels obstruction (due to inflammatory bowels disease).

I suggest you to visit you doctor and have thyroid tests and stool tests first. You should also increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake. Physical activity should be also increased (it greatly stimulates intestines to work). If this wont help and mentioned tests will be negative, colonoscopy should be done.
