Have Congestive Heart Failure, Weight Loss, Nose Bleed, Chest Pain, Arm Pain. Help

I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure but have been without symptoms for over a year after losing weight. I just moved/drove here from Albuquerque 6k above sea level to Florida. I have been experiencing nose bleeds and now woke with right side chest pain and pain down my right arm. I am a 61 year old female.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The two events may not be related...

Check your drugs – for anti-coagulant like Warfarin / anti-platelet drugs like aspirin. Nose bleeds are common from capillaries (Little’s plexus) from the septum of nose... a look by an ENT surgeon may clear the issue...

Right chest and arm pain need examination and investigations – ECG / X-ray chest, neck / Lab tests. Right side discomfort is does not rule out heart problem! Ischemia, embolism, infection and so on need consideration. See a doctor. The treating doctor alone can suggest based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
