Have Congestive Heart Failure, Tachycardia, Basal Cell Cancer, Diabetes. Spread To Shoulders. Done Radiation, Chemo. Treatment?

My husband is currently suffering with congestive heart failure, his ejection fraction is 15%,he also has an enlarged heart, and regurgitation from valves, tachycardia,he has had 3 stents put in 2009,he has had 2 heart attacks since then. he has basal cell cancer for yrs well 2 yrs a go it spread into the bones in his shoulder and the nerves in the neck,it caused him to have a very large wound, been doing wound care for 4 yrs.he has done radiation, chemo and nothing has worked.all his doctors tell him there is nothing more they can do for the cancer or the heart..that he is at the end stage of chf,my question is do you t hink there is more than can be done? and if not is he going to die soon, and he has diabetes, his last blood result the bnp was 2195.5 what does that mean,is that how they determine he is at the end stage of chf. he has very large wound on his right shoulder and he is in more pain than ever, the dr told me its because his heart isnt supplying it with the right amount of blood does that sound right? so what do u think, can he survive this or is it to late.should i just enjoy the time left and do u know what the life expectancy is with this condition,?? thank you for your time

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, sorry to know the condition of your husband, as your doctors say the condition is critical and can't live long, but exact time expectancy is not possible to say. the wound on the shoulder is pain less due to abscence of nerves in that area.
See that the general health is good by giving him green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. Thank you.
