Have cold, sore throat, swollen tonsils, noticed small fleshy lump under jaw. Not painful. Worrisome

Hi, i had a sore throat/ cold recently which went away in a few days. However, my right tonsil area has stayed swollen. I do not have any pain, however will sometimes feel like I need to clear my throat when I workout (which is 5 to 6 times a week). Also, i have noticed a small fleshy lump under my jaw on the same side.
