Have Cold And Weird Smell In Right Nostril. Am Diabetic. What Could It Be?
I am 30 and a type 1 diabetic for the last 19 years. I recently had a cold and shortly after it I start noticing a slight weird smell in my right nostril . It reminds me of washing up liquid or bleach maybe. The smell comes and goes, It only stay around for short periods and I recently notice 2 or 3 times a day. Any idea what it could be? Thanks

These all finding suggestive of acute rhinosinusitis.
Just consult ENT specialist for proper antibiotic and nasal decongestant treatment and control the blood sugar strictly.
