Have Clear Sticky Urine Leaking From Penis. Tested Negative For STD. Proper Treatment?

Hi i have clear sticky urine leaking from penis it s gone on for over 5 months . I have had tested for the usual std s all negative. Had treatment for nsu but symptoms still persistent . I have had doxycycline 2wk course .. Zithromax 1g +2g flagyl ... 10 course of moxifloxaxin .... 3 wk course of erythromycin . Still no change in symptoms

It is enough of antibiotics.
It may just be smegma.
