Have Chronic Dacrayocystitis. Taken Azax, Levofloxacin, Tobramycin. Pus And Fluid Discharge. Further Treatment?

Hariom, I am S. K. Sinha of 47yrs. from Jamalpur, Munger. I am suffering with chr. dacrayocystitis. My Doctor prescribed azax 500 once daily to recover water cum pus flowing. I have taken 7 tabs. along with levofloxacin paracitamol-cetezine methylcobalmin and and moxifloxacin + tobramycin opthalmic solution.But water and pus are still flowing. I am feeling helpless. pls. suggest me further me for further treatment. my email is YYYY@YYYY . thank u.

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to Healthcare Magic.
After reading your query it appears that you have developed infection in the cyst. Though you are been taking right sort of treatment but the antibiotic does not seems to be working in your case. Many a times the bacterias are not sensitive to the particular antibiotics making the situation worse. So you need to take proper higher of the antibiotic according to culture and sensitivity of the pus discharge.
Meet a eye specialist at the earliest, tell him the antibiotics you are taking so that the better antibiotic in proper dosage can be given to relieve the situation.
You will be alright after proper treatment of the problem. DO not worry.
