Have Chest Pain With Fluctuation In The Heartbeat. Now Having Chest Pain When Moving The Neck. What Could Be Causing This?

I have been having some chest pain lately and nothing is connected. Sometimes my heart will beat once really hard and fast, make me feel faint and then it goes away. Now when I move my neck to the left the pain is back in the middle of my chest. What could be causing this?
