Have Burning Sensation In The Mouth

I have been experiencing burning mouth type symptoms for several months. Have varied toothpastes, stopped using mouthwashes, tried to figure out food triggers, etc etc.....My blood work is all normal except little low on iron. Am 53 year old in early stages of menopause. Thank you

hello!
burning mouth is a common complaint and there can be various causes for it, more common ones being vitamin and zinc deficiency and dental caries.
i would recommend you start some supplements containing vitamin b complex and zinc and meet your dentist for examination!
