are normal which becomes more prominent in second half of monthly menstrual cycle. This is due to change in hormone levels in the body.
Regardless of gender, Size of areola may vary from person to person, and with constant handling bumps might appear. You should stop squeezing them as the skin tend to break & it can lead to infection.
