Have Bronchitis And Spasm. Taken Ambien. Woken Up Shivering
Yesterday i finally checked myself into a hospital ER for a 2 month old bronchitis ans spasm . I am at my3rd day taking 40m a day. I took an Ambien (2 10 ms of Ambien to help me sleep) In the morning my body went thru 5 minutes of shivering inside when i woke up. Now this evening i go fromhot to coldshivering inside my body and cannot get to sleep It s after 1 in the morning

shivering and sleeplessness is due to fever and aquisition of a new infection in throat for which you have bronchitis & spasm. Shivering is a natural compensatory phenomenon to preserve body heat from cold exposure.
