Your symptoms are unrelated to the thyroid nodule and the deranged function of thyroid. You should take the treatment for thyroid problem if needed.
Your respiratory symptoms and the burning sensation in the eyes and face suggests some disorder of allergic nature like Allergic bronchitis or bronchial asthma due to some allergen in the environment which is additionally causing the problem.
You should get evaluated by testing the skin allergy tests to detect the allergen so that you can avoid it and if possible can get desensitisation.
Get assessed by a local physician antihistaminic drugs and decongestants and mucolytics will be particularly helpful for you.
