Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Please understand that every investigation is always requires correlation with clinical history and examination.
This best done by Physician who ordered it and knows all detail history and examination of the patient.

I have gone through reports of Lipids and Liver function all are in normal range.
Hence please do not worry and have healthy life style, show these reports to your physician and follow his /her advice.
It is also necessary to know diabetic status and Blood pressure and your weight .
If you smoke or take alcohol please quit both.
Take care
Good Luck.
