General & Family Physician 's  Response

As per the description provided, it does sound like you could be suffering from an infection.

Although you have provided sufficient information it is difficult to diagnose which infection you could specifically be suffering from. You have not mentioned your sexual status (whether active or not), which is why we will have to consider both urinary tract infections (UTIs) as well as all sexually transmitted infections.

As you have also developed a fever, it would be best for you at this stage to visit a doctor and go about a physical examination, urine analysis and a vaginal swab test (if required). Once you are diagnosed your treatment will be initiated after which you shall experience an improvement within 24-48 hours.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
