Have Bladder Pain After Intercourse, Menopausal. Will Estrogen Help?

If I take estrogen via vagifem etc. will I be able to have sex without getting a UTI or bladder spasms? In other words will estrogen help my sex life as I want sex but I suffer after with UTI's or bladder pain. I am 57 and have been menopausal for about 9 years. My sex life was great up until about 4 months ago when |I started experiencing pain after intercourse.

Yes, an estrogen preparation should help, however do not take it without consultation and prescription by a gynecologist.
Also, local lubricating creams would help.
Please rule out other causes of frequent UTI by consulting your doctor.
