Have Bald Spot, Heart Problems, Brown Spot On Face, Leg And Arm, Have Lupus. Suggest?

I have lupes for about 15 yrs now and have a couple of large bald spot and now my doctor tell me I have a heart problem now and I have very high cholesterol to high and low vitamin d and I have the brown spot in my face and leg and on the bottom of my foot and my arm but he also tell me that my lupus is not a great problem any more that my age mean stop my lupus is going away

lupus may be in remission, but it does not really go away.
heart disease and cholesterol is now a growing problem in people with connective tissue diseases so they need to be treated properly.
