Have Back Pain, Urine Leakage And Irritation Outside Vagina. Do I Have A Prolapsed Bladder?

I believe I may have a prolapsed bladder. I am experiencing back pain, urine leakage, irritation outside my vagina when the urine seems to burn. I have tried wearing a pad but catching the urine and holding it against my body makes it worse. I tried using some monistat to help as I have had several UTI s over the last 10 years. When trying to insert the monistat inside me I felt an obstruction. I am quite worried. Can you give me insight on what is going on and what I need to do? Thanks, C Stone

Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having cystocele or lax perineum muscles giving rise this problem.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ultra sound will give useful information about your problem.
Ok and take care.
