Have Anxiety, Sleeplessness, Stressed, Heart Races. Quit Smoking. What Is The Reason?

Hey, I've been having some difficulty lately with my heart.
I know for a fact it's nothing serious and I've even read on other sites what it possibly could be.
I've recently quit smoking marijuana after about 2 years and a half basically everyday.
I also recently started eating meat after being vegetarian for 2 years..
The anxiety was bad for a while there, but I'm coping with it.
I can sleep and eat perfectly with no problems.
But, it just seems like my heart pumps hard, not necessarily fast..
And if I exercise, it worsens.
It does it mostly throughout the whole day, sometimes not as bad as other times.
It seems as if something even little stresses me out, it gets worse and I don't even think my mind is dwelling on it, it just happens.
I'm just coming to the belief that it's marijuana withdrawals.
And I'm sure jumping into the meat thing isn't really helping.
I just want as much feedback and understanding as possible.
Thank you.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
1. Racing / hard pumping of heart on its own and more so with exercise indicates either the volume challenge to heart is more than normal or its pumping ability has gone down. This combined with easy fatiguability definitely needs to be worked up.
2. A cardiologist or a good internist (physician) will help you out. Without an examination it will not be prudent to label everything as cannabis withdrawal.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
