Have Antiphospholipid Syndrome, Seizures. Have Ankle Sore, Purple Discoloration. What To Do?

i have antiphosoliptic sydrome sorry if miss spelled. i have had the disease since 2006 and bengoing to va several time for seizures and hospitalized in coma for 3 month. i am taking medications for this at this time. i'm don't want to bother va er sice they are so busy and it's 198 miles away. Around a sore i have had since 2006 that goes clear to ankle bone. problem is aroud the sore is a purple discoloration ans a orangish coloration around that .It's 6inches long by 4 inches wide what do you think i should do and what type of problem do you think it is going on.

Since you are taking medications for APS , these are generally blood thinners which may lead to bleeding sometimes . your purple discoloration must be that.
