Have Anal Pain After Sex. Hard To Have Bowel Movement. What To Do?
I tried anal sex 4 days ago and ever since I have been experiencing anal pain. I am experiencing pain at the external part of my anus where the nerve endings are and its hard for me to have a bowel movement . I tried taking a warm bath and putting a&d ointment on it. It eased the pain a little but I am extremely scared. What do I do, please??:

you probably have an anal fissure.
avoid trauma to the area until healed. You can do sitz baths with epson salts for pain relief.
Use stool softeners or laxatives in the meantime to ease your pain during bowel movements, until your fissure heals.
