Hello, first of all, whats your age? because acne is usually more in teenage years and tends to spontaneously regress after the age of 24-25. And what topical treatment do u apply along with the course of isotretinoin/minoz tablets?
You need to apply a topical medication (ointment/cream/gel) as suggested by your dermatologist every single day. Once acne reduces after taking tablets, if you discontinue the creams, it will recur. Acne cannot be treated once and for all. It needs to be kept under control. Consult your dermatologist as to what you can apply every day to keep acne under control. You need to be patient and cannot expect the acne to disappear overnight.
You need to keep your face clean (ask your dermatologist regarding the face washes/soaps), drink loads of water, stay away from nuts and junk food, get adequate sleep. And never ever touch the acne, or pop it-this will spread the acne to other sites and make it more difficult to treat.
It takes time and lot of effort to control acne. If the treatment is not continued exactly as its advised, there are high chances of recurrence.
Stay patient, take good care of your skin and control acne. There is no permanent cure for acne, except growing old (acne reduces with age in most cases). Controlling acne is an everyday battle, not a one time thing.
You can try injections for immediate reduction of acne; example if you have any events to attend to. Even they do not cure acne.
Take care

Hello.Thanks for your query.
Acne occurs in several forms like comedones, papules, pustules, nodules/cysts.It can be mild, moderate or severe. The medications you take or apply depends on the kind of lesions you have and the grade of acne you have. This also changes from time to time. All the medications you mentioned are good for acne control and are administered in correct combination as required.
Intra lesional injections are given for nodular or cystic lesions. They relieve inflammation fast and hence prevent scarring. In localized form of acne ,only this light be sufficient.
You can try taking Salicylic peels for acne control from a dermatologist as they are safe and effective methods of long term acne control. However you need to take them at regular intervals for effective results.
Hope this is helpful.take care!
