Have Abdominal Pain, Nasuea, Trembling In Stomach And Arms. Diagnosed Gastritis. Had Partial Hysterectomy. Suggest

I have had abdominal pain esp, on left side nasuea, trembling in stomach and arms no appetite lost 12 pounds has colonoscopy and EDG done and they said I had gastritis and I took medicine this was February I am still feeling the same I have been to ER after ER and they always say everythings good. I just recently had partial hysterectomy done and the main thing was to look for endometriosis which I did have alittle. The OB/GYN had pictures from surgery and said that my colon looked very distended that she has not seen one look like that before. Im confused when I had colonoscopy and EDG would they had told me that its been three months ago since I had that done. The pain is always on left side that hurts and I have been bloated and very distended for almost four months looks like Im 6 months pregnant. Could the colon have these affects? and is that something I should go back to GI for?

Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello. I hope you must be better by now. Pain in side means? upper or lower part you should specify. How is your bowel habbits? How is pain after taking meals? So I suggest you to revist your Gastroenterologist. Who may advise you to undergo repeat endoscopic tests or Imaging like CECT abdomen. As endometriosis of Gastrointestinal tract can also be responsible if present there also. Yah colon could produce these effects. So I advise you to revisit your Gastroenterologist. Hope will help you .Remain in touch.
