Have A Muscular Ache On The Chest Due To A Fall

I tripped over a rain spout in the snow which made my legs went up in air and I hit the snow on the ground face down with my chest and whole front of my body hitting. I noticed tonite I have a red line on my chest. I had a muscular ache on my chest all day on/off.....nothing painful just there like a minor pulled muscle.
