Have A Lump Under Armpit. Squeezed It. Blood Came. Now It Is Purple. Don't Shave My Armpits. What Does It Indicate?

I am a 19 year old male. I noticed a small lump under my left armpit yesterday, it could have been there for days, i dont know, anyway i squeezed it because i thought it was a zit or something and no white pus came out, instead, blood. I left it alone after that. Today, it was a light purple and it isnt bigger or smaller but i tried to squeeze it again and nothing came out this time. I dont shave my armpits, i havent been sick lately and i havent switched deodorants.

Welcome to health care magic and thank you for asking your query.
In my opinion it is boil due to the infection of the hair follicle (root).
In the initial stages pus is not present. It is only formed later due to the debris of the white blood cells and bacteria.
I will suggest the following:
1. Start an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory (tab Brufen).
2. Continue treatment for 3-5 days.

I hope you find this helpful.
