Have a ius with irregular periods, bleeding fairly, feel contraction above belly, no pain. Pregnant?

Hiya I have a ius in for 2 years with irregular periods now I have been bleeding Farley heavy for 7 weeks and every now and then feel like a contraction or something sticking out just above my belly button isn't painful it feels like a babies foot or something sticking out to touch my tummy but don't think im pregnant due to bleeding can you help
