Have Sarcoidosis. The Pharynx Muscle Closes While Swallowing Food Or Drinking Liquid. Treatment?

I have scardosis. My problem is swallowing food or liquid, I had my esphogies stretch 3 times I also had the muscle cut. I am told that my problem is that the muscle witch I believe is the Phyranit closes when I swallow my food or drink any kind of liquid. I also have a raspy voice and recently I have been scerting excessive amount of sliva. Keeping me up at night.

Thank for choosing HCM, The way you described the situation here it is all indicative of surgical emergency, you better consult to some good surgeon, MRI study will be required for esophagus pathology, and if needed surgical intervention would be taken in to hand, Have nice day.
